Jo Thomas is Transformation Project Manager at Earthworm Group, a rapidly growing ethical investment fund. Jo has been working closely with AuB’s Lucy Beaumont since October 2018, to recruit new team members, from the top down.

“Lucy found and helped us to secure some hugely talented senior managers. How a candidate looks on paper is only a part of our brief. The cultural fit to our company values is probably the most important element.

“During the next phase, Lucy will assist us by working with each of the senior managers to make sure they’ve got the right support staff in place. It’s an on-going relationship and over the course of the next few years, she will have helped us recruit 30 new members of staff.
